I had a guy ask for the kroger thin sliced ham like the John Morell ham. I told him the closest we have to it is the Kroger ham slices. He tells me he buys it every week. I tell him we also have the private selection hams and he bursts out in anger saying I'm calling hin stupid. I said no sir, I assure you not and just kept stocking.

Tell me about it. I've worked with Kroger long enough to know that I've been baby sitting adults and stupid people all day long.Adults that are 40 year olds for crying out loud and kids that are too stupid to work and it takes like 1.5 years before they learn to do their damn job.
I've had thefts ask me where the items is they need to steal.
I've had people go cookoo on me over 10 ****en cents.
I've had people ask where items are and they're right in front of them.
I've had a shopper get all her groceries, almost finish paying then realized she was in QFC instead of Safeway and left mad.
I've had a lady go mad stupid on me over ****en cabbage because by the pound was deceiving and she didn't want to pay $8 for a large nappa cabbage.
People are idiots with self check and refuse to follow the abc 1,2,3 steps the machine is telling them and stair at it like idiots for minutes on end then get pissy as hell over it then act like they're not stupid.
I had a lady assist me in bagging, forget a few bags then rip on the store manager over her stupidity then act like she wasn't stupid.To make it worse she cussed out the front end the next day and was asked to leave.
