Having worked all - I can say it's all about how resistant to cold you are and who you'll be working with.
Frozen is ROUGH and COLD
Dairy is easy except the milk but slightly cold
GM is harder than dairy but it's not cold (hardest part was probably doing all the resets for the seasonal isle)
IMO, get a pair of gloves and a jacket and work in dairy.
