Lack of integrity
Permalink

A disabled coworker (highly functioning very smart) uses his physical disability to hustle people out of money.  He pretends to have no money in hopes people will purchase stuff for him.  He takes advantage of the kindness of others when we know he's capable of doing it him self.  We've estimated his monthly income is $1,800 to $2,000 a month.  $800 of it goes to pay half of his mother's rent even though there's three other working aged individuals in the residence.  The rest is his.  What he's doing with the rest of it we don't know.  He pretends to purchase stuff knowing his card won't work.  Acts pathetic and he knows if he waits long enough someone will purchase a bunch of food for him.  He does this every day.  He is taking advantage of the customers for free stuff and this is highly immoral for Kroger's standards.  Due to his disability management won't do any thing.  Any other company I worked for would have spring cleaned him a long time ago lack of willingness to work and lack of integrity.

Aside from that he's totally useless to work with.  Two years later the company finally brought him up to speed because he pissed off half the store for being so lazy and the store is complaining to the managers about it left and right.

This guys got a great thing going with that scam. Don't be jealous cause he's got the balls to pull it off and you dont. Maybe if kroger didn't pay you all in peanuts he wouldnt have to resort to hustling. But **** id still do it anyway if I was being paid decent. Don't be jealous he makes boat loads more than you.
