I kid you not. Some older guy shopping smelled like he pooped his pants and needed help discussing the merits of some product being sold in the store (he did not do his homework on the subject matter online before jumping in his car and coming to the store).
Do you make up an excuse to leave (have to go to the restroom) to get away from him/her?
I remember when i worked in my last store, there was this lady who would come in the store all the time, on a scooter, and she smelled very strongly of cat pee. Other than this she seemed like a nice lady but you couldn't be near her without smelling it. One time we had a corporate visit, and while one of them was talking to the meat manager, this lady came up, and just to prove a point, he put on the best show of talking to this lady and asking if she needed help, etc, all while the corporate guy had to stand there and deal with the smell.

What would a Kroger manager do?
I had one that smelled like pussy does that count?
I've learned not to smell because customers stink and body odor is horrid! I thought this society learned to bath at least once a day and replace cloths to keep good hygiene but apparently not.
When I was a checker, I had this regular who always came in only to buy several tubs of Dreyer's ice cream. He reeked of piss and sweat, and had this yellow crusty stuff in his hair and on his stained clothes. Not a bad guy, but how do you walk around either unaware of your condition or just not caring about it?
