Have you had problems at your store with crime-especially in the parking lots? It seems with the warm weather we are constantly kicking out the homeless people that stand in front of our store bothering our customers for money.

GEE THATS NOT HOW YOU UPLIFT. YOU NEED TO FEE THE HUMAN SPIRIT NIGGA YO
We've had a few fist fights with customers vs homeless because the homeless kept pestering for money.
One guy got caught breaking into the wrong guy's car and got his face rearranged by the car's owner.
We had one lady who was with her son and got purse snatched. The son got the purse back but shot the guy that took the purse in his leg. Supposedly the guy who got shot "would be back with friends" to "get" the guy that shot him. The guy who shot him said hed get his friends as well.
Finally, we had a guy who just robbed a neighboring store come in and shop with his stolen money. Saw the cops and tried to get away but failed.

Lol what a war zone. Sounds like death wish 3 yall need Charles Bronson
It can get crazy. We had one female employee pull a gun on another female employee because she was screwing around with a guy (who worked there as well) the guy was dating both if them at the same time.

Lmao oh man. Ive only seen those Situations on tv. Man thats ridiculous
The biggest is drug sale and use. The restroom is regularly used for transactions or as a site to smoke, shoot up, and nod off. Customers (and employees) vape weed products in the store all day. Some employees get high in the coolers or freezers. We had some courtesy clerks making steamrollers out of soda cans. Some customers occasionally smoke weed walking down the aisles late at night.
We find needles at least at least every few months. Maintenance gets poked doing trash every now and then. I found a needle in the parking lot a couple days ago. As far as I know, we've had one opioid overdose at the store. A security guard found a baggie of meth at SCO.
A couple years back, I found a 9mm shell casing in the parking lot.
Robbery. Our pharmacy and service desk have been robbed at least once each.
Monetary theft. Every couple of years, some service desker tries some kind of scheme and gets caught.
We had a security guard who took the manager's keys from a cashier and stole a bunch of money from the tills (on tape).
We had a courtesy clerk who ordered a pile of fraudulent gift card coupons from the Silk Road. He watched until he figured out someone's password, rang up a pile of gift cards, used the coupons on them, and cashed out the $0 order. He got caught and I think he ended up joining the Army.
The occasional purse snatching and car break-in.
We've had a lot of problems with homeless and tweakers bothering customers out front. We've had to remove all the tables and benches from the front of the store. Some of the better off ones beg from their car so they can bail before they get formally trespassed.
We get drunk and disorderly customers every few months.
Biggest theft at Kroger is all of us employee's stealing Kroger's money by bleeding them dry with inefficiency and lack of caring. They fix those two things and Wal-Mart / Amazon ain't got nothing on us. Other wise We keep bleeding them and eventually Kroger is gonna bleed out. Simple as that.....
The store I work at has had a few incidents. Not as bad as mega-kitteh but they've happened on occasion. Fights, homeless, scammers, and I'm going to also include stealing.
