This is not a joke.  The "FIRST TOUCH" sheet is only one of a half dozen or more papers that will need to be posted on your dept "board" on the wall, and you will be expected to look over these papers over and over and over each day, write some TOTALLY unnecessary and TIME-CONSUMING drivel (notes) on each sheet.

Why don't ALL KROGER store managers and all co-managers and all dept leads get together and PROTEST ( in muliple emails to the big shots) big time on this bunch of malarky????  Time is precious.  Let us do our jobs and quit wasting valuable time trying to write what we are planning to do, and JUST DO IT, for heavens' sake!!!!!!!!!!!  Kroger is going insane.......there is NO NEED to try and re-invent the wheel.

Yep, we've had to do this for a few months now, we fill out the first touch paper, and then we have a store manager "Effective walk" where they grade us daily on how our department looks. It's all subjective, because some departments always get 90+ and others get 78 when they bust their ass all by themselves.

Yea, this is pure Kroger.  Extra pointless with lack of training they like to maintain.
