Have you ever filed charges against a customer for an incident in your store that involved you? Please no smart aleck/spam replies. I am looking for SERIOUS answers!

Saying serious replies only will draw these f*cling worthless piece of sh*t trolls in because they're too f*cking stupid to read.  But here is THE FIRST SERIOUS reply: 

Yes we did have to file charges against a customer because he shoved one of my co-workers to the ground when he tried to walk out the door with our product. Co-worker managed to get to her feet and the guy was walking away as if nothing happened. She threw a can he dropped at the back of his head giving him a nasty gash. It was a huge mess. The guy was arrested due to charges pressed and she got transferred to a different store to prevent any retaliation against her.
