Should I report an ethicspoint for an Assitant co-worker who likes to shop on the clock. Likes to shop on the clock and says can you do this I didn't have time.
Coworkers do it all the time. Yes it's wasting company time but a lot of my coworkers do their job ranging from half @$$ed to a ratio of half @$$ed. While to some degree it is stealing company time but it's not critical enough to report it. Now if someone was showing up for just attendance while pretending to "work" while in reality they're hiding around the store that would be worth reporting. Due to the fact the company is paying them and not getting anything in return.
Another good example is an employee cashiering off the clock for maybe more than 15 minutes. It's a liability at that point from both a company point of view to accessing the till off the clock.
