I always take a 30 minute dump when i clock in. Today i was sent home for 2 days for stealing time. Anyone ever have this problem?
Our entire produce department does this every shift. A bunch of overweight guys that go straight to the bathroom right after they punch in, spend at least 10 minutes in the stall. Not just 1 guy but every guy that works over there. Both store bathrooms are on the side of the store that I work on and I see this daily. The produce department is on the opposite side of the store from where the bathrooms are, so a lot of time lost. Gotta be grazing on grapes and **** all day long over there to have so many bowel movements. We are on our 3rd produce manager in the last 14 months because they fail every "high up" inspection the store has and the manager keeps getting bumped down.
