why is this a thing? I'm sure this topic has been discussed before but it seems perfectly relevant still. Krogers attempt to save money is really sending this company down the ****ter. It makes it obvious which employees are the brown nosers, no sane person would do management's job for no extra pay--that's screwing someone
like using the term 'pilot' for 'not a manager but will keep mouth shut'. i wish the good ones could join the union. some very good people are left in charge of a dept but are constantly texting the 'mentor' manager who is a certifiable genius and 'relaxing at home'. awful. vote to authorize a strike and then surprise the union by voting to STRIKE when they tell you to accept the contract they won't let you see. please!
