I'm pro and con union. Pro is it secures your job security. It's practically impossible to get fired unless you do something stupid and most people are smart enough not to do them. When you want to have the union back you up it takes damn forever. When you ask them to enforce rules and regulations they don't. My store people seem to do what ever the hell they want. I tell the union but they don't do any thing.
Same here. Contract is nice but when the H.R. gestapo tells you you are going to quit, it is a serious threat and there just aren't any police for us. Sort of worried right now cause we have no contract and not looking forward to company feeling like they got that so they can start the criminal crap again. DO NOT APPLY!
