I was hired on as a bagger and today was my first day. I was told we would only be working the lot 15 minutes an hour, which was fine by me. But today i got sent out there for 3 and a half hours. There was no strap for me to use, so i could only pull in 5 carts at a time.
Now, several years ago I had injured myself and seperated my ribs from my sternum. I made this clear to management that im able to do what the job description entails, but not much more. They didnt listen apparently, and left me out there with 2 other guys for the night. We hardly even finished, and we had to bend the rules to even get as much done as we did.
What do I do? I dont want to have to look for another job already, but i was lied to on multiple accounts. I dont even have reasonable accomadation for the job im unable to do for more than an hour. I also only got one break for a 6 hour shift, so thats pretty weak.

Stand your ground and make your point clear about your injury. Dont over work yourself for this **** company. Work slow when they pull that **** and if they ask why tell them cause Im not gonna ****en hurt myself again
