I'm able to log in and get to the Eschedule. When I go to my availablity to enter it I can't and where you have the box to choose your time period, I have "Valid schedule policy not found!". What does that mean?!? I can't find anything and the Help button is just answering common questions and there is no where to ASK a question. What am I supposed to do to be able to get this back?
I would ask management. Maybe they're doing another (unneeded) update. As for the question section, I hate that as well. It's all pre-chosen questions. Is there a way to look for 'contact us' link somewhere? If there is I would try and contact them but be prepared to ask the same question(s) many times as they may not respond in a timely manner (if at all).
I had asked and they dont know why either. Im doing it outside of work on a personal computer. I've tried on multiple computers at different times of the day since Sunday. I keep getting the same message. Just irritating.
Tyrants inflicting chaos. If they do something that accidentally works, they are genius. If it does nothing good, you failed. The law of the jungle. Just for fun, try asking managers who does the scheduling (kidding, don't get marked as a troublemaker!).
