Rude cashiers, dirty and unkempt store, always out of items, unprofessional customer service desk lady, cashier yelling at customer about their groceries, no electric carts, the homeless in the parking lots.

Half of those google reviews are lies. People put anything even on the comment's the managers get everyday allot are lies. I have never seen a google review with a name mentioned from any store. I am not sure of google removes names or not but they should. People also post things on local Facebook groups also once someone took pictures of molded bread and said they got it from Kroger. They could have gotten it anywhere anytime who knows.
Perhaps some of them are lies. I can't argue with that. But I'm pretty sure most of them are true and accurate. Given the individual experiences of each unique customer at any given time. The reviews about our rude cashiers, yeah I can believe them. Most of the young cashiers we have are indeed rude and unprofessional and lazy, I've seen it first hand. They've mentioned a few workers, by name, from our front end, seafood and deli. I know those workers.
Like the review saying our customer service lady was just standing around and socializing with other coworkers while angry customers were waiting in line. I believe that, cause I've watched her do it many times.

Someone brought back a loaf of bread they got from the bakery department because it molded. It was also over a month old.
