I started working for Kroger while I was still in school, I dropped out a few weeks later and when time came around that I was supposed to be graduating and they just never asked. A couple years later I'm department manager. If they find out I never graduated will there be trouble?
They know. They don't give a hoot about much except control so if they want trouble they will use that or anything else. If you are smart enough to be a manager you are smart enough to attain your educational goals and get out of that company.
