The associates that all posted in this thread prove that they are terrible at their job. You beg for raises then wonder why you get nothing. The customer only matters and yet you refuse to shower, SMILE , know your store like the backs of your hand. In the end though you will all in not already VALUE US!!!! Like managers the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!! We make the demands we tell you our needs and you get it done. Thats what your there for to be at our beck and call! Its the managers and leads who do the real work around these stores.
