I am debating quitting my job at Kroger. I would like input from this forum. I can no longet handle the hostle work environment. For the meager wages we are paid.
Have another job or some way to support yourself before leaving. Kroger will fight tooth and nail against your unemployment even if they don't have to pay anything to you. Denounce the union to other employeers even if you liked it or thought they were helpful, unless the shop is union already.
Good luck getting out of that hell hole.

If you can fine something better i say go for it. Right now im in the same boat, wanna leave but gotta wait things out. already got a plan just getting everything together, hopefully i'll b gone before the end of the year.
