Not really, but it is hard to tell sometimes. Kroger hires many people who might have trouble finding other work. In a perfect world it would be easier to get a fair shake and not have to work for something like Kroger. The ideal employee that someone else would hire except they are a psychopath and pose a danger to others? Management material.
We are trying to get away from hiring those folks in our store-thank god!
Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is the "Just People" folks ??
It's a program for special needs people to get jobs some people at my work are tired of us hiring them but too bad. They usually have job coaches to keep them on track.

Thanks for the info, mega-kitteh. I don't have any problem with special needs people working at Kroger, so it sounds OK to me. Some people just need to be more compassionate with those who don't have it as good as most of the rest of us do.
As long as they can do the job fairly well, and get some coaching / guidance when needed, sounds fine..... everyone needs some type of job they can take some pride in, no matter what it is.
