All of the employees on this board should be fired for poor customer service. When will you learn to VALUE US?
When you are earning more than your spouse because he is only working part-time due to circumstances beyond our control, my being fired just because you want that to happen is out of the question.

I agree with this. So many piss poor associates on here who dont smile or brush their ass so they dont smell like... well ass. Maybe if they practiced more customer service skills and a little more groveling and know their store inside and out they will learn to value their tiny paycheck and VALUE US!!!
One of our co-managers is on that fast track. She just got "coached"-which our Admin says is a "verbal reprimand"-for her treatment of a front-end associate.
Had two guys from overnight crew get into a fight they both reported it & they got fired over it.
They would still have their jobs if they did not do that, cause the overnight manager was not going to report them.

Why on earth would i succumb you your level of mediocre standards? My job pays very well! You need to get off your dead ass and smile more and take my groceries to my car. Theres a 75 cent tip in it for you! You were born to be a krogerite and serve us till youre 66 or so years old. VALUE US!!!!
