I am a pharmacist and I finding a mix of information concerning maternity leave. Does someone know how long we get for maternity leave?

Here is an article about it. It boils down to 12 weeks unpaid leave unless otherwise stated.

 WOW Really Kroger? My niece was pregnant she got paid leave. Her husband works at a stand alone Starbucks and he even got a leave but he took it after she took hers.

Isn't maternity leave Federally mandated? I wasn't aware Kroger had paid leave. We have someone out since April-but I am not sure if she is even coming back
