Whole dairy cooler got reset with no notice at all Im talking about milk shelves moved to a father place only got one big door in my cooler so I cant use the small one to bring in pallets had the most stressful day today I punched a door very hard because how pissed I was this morning. They did it on a Friday my first Friday off in the past 6 months is their a possibility my cooler will be put back to where it was or could my small door become a bigger door for me to pull in palletS?

Are you saying they moved shelves and blocked the big doorway? So, now you have to use the small doorway to bring the product into the cooler? But, the pallets don't fit thru small doorway?
If you are the dairy manager, then this has to be some kind of joke.
If this is a key retailing change, then the dairy manager needs to speak with the store manager and make the cooler functional. If that doesn't fix it, then go to the District Coordinator.
But, yeah, that sounds like how we roll at Kroger. "Take something simple and make it more complicated than necessary" is our motto.
Reminds me of when they built a new store next to an existing store. They tore up the asphalt surface for the old loading docks 8 months before the new store was completed. Drivers kept getting stuck in the mud and were forced to back into almost impossible angles.

Yea Sorry about That They moved the shelfs like took them away from the cooler doors during a friday a very busy day like all fridays are and Moved the Milk to a different position Which makes it 20 times harder To fill up milk. The Cooler We have Is One big door at the End Where they moved the milk now and where we work New pallets And everything and At the Other end We have a small door and which we cant Move pallets Out Of with product on them Just u boats And people. If they made the small door into a big door It would fixed some of the issues kroger just caused to us. and No mangers knew about this my Department Head was not pleased at all and he is on vacation this whole week So I have not been able to figure anything Out.
