Is the $1.00 an hour "Night Premium" for workers being discontinued? Anyone have any information? I worked several hours before 6 AM last week, and got 0 hours under "NIGHT PREM" on my check stub for last week. I have always been paid for this before. I'm in the Louisville Division.
in our contract the wording was changed to employees regularly scheduled to the night crew shall receive a shift premium for all hours between 10 and 6.
so if you are not on night crew you dont get it any more.

What did you do? I haven't seen the latest contract book but the one before it says the overnight premium applies to grocery night stock, grocery processing, floor crew, overnight checkers, and bakers.
