I've learned to not give customers my name for security because they can use it against you if you get retaliated against.

Speaking of that name thing along time ago our name tags had Courtesy Clerk. This has been years ago and we all have made the mistake of leaving an item out of a bag/. A lady called once and said something was left out and the beggars name was Curtis Clark. They told the lady no one was named Curtis Clark.
