Has anyone in other areas of Kroger heard about this? I told my FES that "hell no I am not paying"-I will wear the old tired worn out one I have had for several years. I would like a new one (I asked for two) and I told her this company is making billions a year and they can't afford to replace our apons?!? That's BS!!
No it is required in the contract to provide the aprons. I forget what wording they use I think it's laundered. Contact your union rep to be sure. They wonder why their employees clothing is tattered. We can barely provide the basic necessities to function.
My kroger was stingy about the fleece jackets. You only got one. If it got destroyed or lost tough luck, you couldn't even buy them if you wanted to. They were for new hires only.

That's when I would buy my own. If it didn't meet policy standards so what? Me being warm is WAY MORE important than if a jacket met policy.

There is indeed a site you can purchase the fleece jackets. I cannot remember but it is like shoes for crews they sell jackets and clothing with the Kroger logo.

No there isnt. they did away with those at the time of the uniforms. stop spreading misinformation and lying.

I was not lying or spreading misinformation. There USED to be a site to buy fleece jackets it was like the site shoes for crews you buy and deduct from your paycheck. I don't work there anymore so IDK maybe they shut it down. I was just trying to help the OP.

I guess finding one is your only option. Or maybe go to Walmart buy a fleece jacket maybe get one with Walmart logo.

We had a few aprons distributed here because the off site gods wanted new designs sewn in. I didn't get one cause I'm not 'everybody'. Company won't really take care with anything.
