Is the deli/bakery department the step-child of the warehouse?

Why is it our frozen order is never all together?  I can understand if it's a big order, but even the small orders are scattered among several pallets.  In fact, it's worse.  Stuff that could easily have fit on to one pallet will be scattered on four, five, or even six pallets.  A lot of time is wasted just looking for everything.

Ask your District Coordinator to look into it.  If there are enough complaints, the warehouse might change.

That is how our deliveries are in Michigan.  We used to get perishable trucks from Ohio and the pallets were separated.

About a year ago, a perishable warehouse was opened in Michigan and the frozen pallets(Meat, frozen and deli/bakery) have been scrambled lately.

Refrigerated pallets seem to be sorted.  Here, the Frozen department sorts the pallets for their stuff and then the other departments get their stuff.

Try putting in an order only to find they send the wrong items or don't send it at all. This has happened numerous times. Someone backstage either can't (or will not) read an order correctly, or they simply are incompetent at their job. (I say its both).

One time warehouse sent the wrong order 4x back to back. When our order writer got p*ssed off (he's usually very chill), he sent them an email stating that this is the 4th time they messed up and its irritating him, the managers, and the customers. They need to either be retrained on their jobs, or have someone fill the order that knows what they are doing.

Backstage response: throw the items on a pallet in such a way they get damaged in transport. Decide to only put half the items on the order. (If we ordered 4 pallets of xxx, they send 1 or 2 pallets of xxx.
So we end up with busted product that we can't sell or that we have to do a price reduction on it in order to sell it.(
