Secondly you would have to go to the schedule writer and ask them what's my schedule. Chances are they wrote the schedule and you're just not showing up on it. Or say for example in my case my schedule didn't show up until I was placed on the schedule. That was two weeks out from hire date. Due to the fact the schedule is written 2 to 2.25 weeks out.
