Walked out on overnight shift didnt care. Got marked as non rehireable. Total bs IMO! I got hired at another Kroger store though down the street from the one I quit at. Best thing is they have a new contract giving higher wages. So I got hired on at got a dollar more then at the old store. company is dumb
Welcome to Kroger sucks! Now you know why. Good news is if you don't have all that much time with a company you need not put them on your resume. Just don't mention it to whom ever is your next employer.
I don't know what division you are in but it's highly unlikely that a store right down the street from your old store has a different union contract that the one you got hired at. Most contracts cover entire areas or states. Like here in the Atlanta Division. There is 1 contract that covers all of Georgia and some stores in Myrtle Beach and a couple in Alabama.

People have done that before and it does eventually catch up with them. They might work a few weeks and then suddenly they're gone.
