Former Employee - Need Help Accessing Express HR
Permalink

Hi everyone!

Please help!

I'm actually a former Kroger employee. I worked in 3 different stores over the course of 4 years (2016-2020).

I need to access Express HR to look at my pay stubs because I'm working on my taxes for 2019 (I know, kind of late in the game ). The reason being that in 2019, I worked at two different Kroger stores. One was in Indiana and the other in Kentucky. I'm a little stuck on the state taxes part, so I thought looking at my paystubs would help.

Unfortunately, my password is expired. Since I no longer work for Kroger, I can't just go in to the store and change it. I've tried accessing it from home, but every time it gives me the redirect for Passport, the page won't load.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Your employer number follows you through out your whole career. edui and pass code should be what ever you set it up as. Paycheck stubs only go back about 2.5 years. Beyond that you'll need to contact corporate book keeping hr to look up anything beyond that. Once you quit that's it you no longer have access to hr express. You'll need to contact cooperate book keeping to get records.

That is why it is important ot print out at least 2-4 paycheck stubs before you leave. Plus a screen shot of the main page. Should you need to apply for a loan, purchase a car or what not. If you reapply for union jobs sometimes they'll ask if you can prove how much time you've done with the union. They'll honor some but generally not all. This helps. After about 10 years you can toss these if you see you no longer need this info. I keep most important things for up to a minimum of 10 years.

Alright, thank you.

Do you know how I could contact corporate book keeping? Would that information be on the Kroger website?

I wish I could login to Express HR to set up direct deposit, but it wont login even though I'm using correct id and password. Now, I'm locked out of my account.  I tried to use the password setup link and it says "site cannot be reached".  I dont mind getting my paycheck in person, but for some stupid reason I can't get the check on my own, a manager has to do it and one is never around when I need to get it.   It could be that I just need to find a better company to work for.

You can only change your password at Kroger on their computers.
