An enthusiastic young fellow approached me asking about how the sore is organized.  Turns out he wanted to leave his resume with the best manager for the department he is interested in.  I told him they want it on-line.  I wanted to warn him but HR will ask if he has had any contact with any employees, who they were, what was said, etc.  He also could be an HR agent.  I wanted to warn him not to ever communicate with this company.  No matter what the labor laws say you really have to watch what you say.  Keeping my concerns to my self stresses me sometimes.

Lol.  I wish someone had warned me.

The smart ones figure it out quickly on their own.  People like me are slow lerners.

Sometimes the job gets annoying but honestly, I like the job I have with Kroger.

It really depends on the store, some stores run more smoothly then other. Let people apply and figure it out, if not, you will never get more help and you will be expected to do more.
