I believe this issue is experienced in all cultural backgrounds. This like everything would cause a large political fight with what should and shouldn't be allowed with SNAP and what is "healthy". In reality, the only groups that might fight this would be some Food Companies/Food Special Interest Groups, SNAP participants and some Retailers. WIC already establishes what items are allowed to be purchase, why not SNAP. The problem is its doesn't have a large group pushing for it and its a political landmine.
