I am a former employee of Fred Meyer. I have an expired paycheck. Issued on Dec/2016. Yes, it is very old. I want to get a new one.
I can not log in to Express HR any more.
Do you know email address or phone number that I can reach to HR/Payroll department? If you could help me, I would be appreciated it.

You could try contacting someone at your old workplace but if I recall correctly paychecks are forfeit after 120 days.

Maybe I am misunderstanding something, but why would you still have a paycheck that you didn't try to cash in the last 4+ years??

It is entirely possible they have an uncashed paycheck for whatever reason. I have one from 1-2 years ago that I was notified of by kroger but still haven't gone through the process of getting my money because I have too much stuff on my plate to do right now.

Yes, but everybody has stuff to take care of.   In order to get your money, you just need to:

1) Go to Kroger and ask for the check (if they have it and you don't actually have it already in your possession). If you live far away, ask them to mail it to you.

2) Find a bank. They are those (usually) nice-looking buildings that have people in them that love to handle money.   Cash it there. You might need to show ID and pay a fee if they don't know you, or you are not a member of that bank.  But hey, if it is a real bonafide paycheck that you are owed, go for it.  Don't dilly-dally! !
