So, I was new to the store but already I had become friends with alot of the other empolyee's. it was my first job so I was doing my best to learn everything I needed to. I had an issue with my shift Supervisor but it had been resolved, it was mostly a misunderstanding over the break system.

Next day I worked from 12-7PM in the Deli, after I had finished my shift I went upstairs to sort out some income tax paper work, there had been no major issues to my knowledge. The store manager pulled me aside and told me that they were letting me go they had decided, I didn't belong in their store, I asked Why and what happened and she said they didn't have to tell me why because I was still in my probation period.

I want my job back but I don't know what to do, I wasn't told what I did, I loved working there and was doing a good job, people liked me and I caught on quickly. I made a few mistakes but nothing I thought would be serious enough to straight up fire over without even discussing it.

You probably got fired over something dumb such as a coworker or customer didn't  like you for no reason or you sneezed cross eyed or some other nonsense. You can try asking the union for help but since you were still on probation your chances might be slim to none. Ask your friends to see if they know anything and forget about asking management since they gave you the runaround and will continue to do so. You can try to get your job back but maybe you should also consider somewhere else. That will depend on how stupid or severe the reason you were let go will be.

Unfortunately, you can be fired for almost anything if you are on probation. But I would think they MUST tell you the reason. EVEN IF
you are on probation. Maybe someone decided that they don't like you and want their friend in your place. I've seen that happen before.

They did you a huge favor. You were a great worker and you were awarded. Try to find another job plenty of places are hiring. Just avoid Walmart.

Hell, just go to another neighboring locations and plead your story or call the Division Office. If you talk to someone at the Division Office, just be well spoken and admit to experiencing the "normal" small learning the ropes things, but nothing that would feel would justify termination. Even within your probational period, I would believe they would have to indicate something. If they don't indicate anything, you can basically indicated they fired you because of your race, age, etc. and really open up a can of worms.

Unfortunately before union protection kicks in they can do this fire you for just cause.

If you feel you were wrongfully fired fire an ethics report: https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/16000/index.html

Pretty sure the OP was fired for a good reason. They were probably caught multiple times on their phone texting or playing fartnite. There is also the HIGH chance they smelled like ASS and were just stinking up the entire store.
