Customer service e-mail response
Permalink

Lately when I go to my local Kroger after work the deli and bakery are closed.  This is usually between 6:40 and 7 pm.  And when I go to check out there is usually only one regular register open and a huge backed up line and the self checkout.

To make a long story short a few times I did the survey on the receipt and clicked that I'd like a response by e-mail.  To this day I've never had a response.  I'd click to call me but where I work cell reception is very spotty.  Has anyone on here ever gotten a response from those damned surveys?

Usually, they will NOT respond to employees. That is for "customers only." Yes, they read the comments and then hit the delete button. I have NEVER gotten a response to a request a call back, or e-mail.
What I did was this:

1. Make a fake e-mail with a fake name. If you want an email response
2. Find a reciept that has some random name and use that
3. Use your friends' phone number and see if you get a response.

I did this and lo and behold, I got a response back.

While they should normally respond in some way, what do you expect them to say? You would do better to just cold call the Store MGMR in the daytime.  If you want the person answering the phone to actually transfer you, act like you want to give a compliment....
