Told my fuel center supervisor I didn't want to do it because nothing is ever done in our store anyway. Even our Admin says it is "window dressing." Filled it out anyway. Wrote that Kroger needs to take a more conservative approach and stop the liberal crap. I don't support the "equality" BS for LGBT. They need to address the concerns of their conservative employees like me.
Yep. Down voted everything. I think 1.5 stars was a little too generous. The heavily slashed hours didn't help. This company is toxic and often preaches opposite of what it advertises.
They'll come out with some new policy and say that we asked for it. That's what happened when they changed the e-schedule request from one week notice to two weeks notice. You use to be able to make last minute plans. Now you have to plan stuff up to 3 weeks in advance.
