Restrooms Out of Order: Cusotmers keep breakign tape and using.

Our restrooms are having major issues right now and the customers keep stripping off the caution tape to use them. We tried locking the door but the men started pissing on the floor outside. The customer restrooms barely work, toilets broken and the customers are di-cks and just enter the restroom the **** where every they need to. The restroom is beyond sanitary and it's more sh-it than restroom. The toilets broke last week and people just kept depositing into them until beyond useable. The managers refuse to fix them? Who should I contact. Our customer toilets haven't been workable in about a month. Is this an osha or health code violation? It is not a requirement for business to provide facilities but this is disgusting. It's gotten to the point where we've had to kick customers out of the employee restrooms in the employee break room due to it.

(This might get deleted but it's beyond tolerable. What do we do?)

Call the Health Department and file a complaint. There are rules on how many public restrooms a commercial building is supposed to have. It's based on the size of the building and the typical number of occupants. If it's under a certain size, they don't need to have public restrooms, but they still need to provide restrooms for the employees.

Well, it depends.

Do the customers have access to helium tanks, or possibly a microwave oven?

Hilarious!

If I knew of the location, I'd do a double clog in it!
