There is now way the company will provide a Zebra handheld for every associates, I'm sure downloading to your personal devise is the "promoted" method. In reality, this program is just a way to "increase" training, but cut down on training costs (sounds good in theory). I guess people don't understand some people just wait until the "next" button appears and click it until they are at the end of the training.
