Basically it's a bunch of stories about people getting their pay either cut (one guy moved from Meat to Fuel and had a $2 paycut) or people getting hired on at a higher rate than those that have been around for years. I had this problem back when min wage increased after I had been working at Kroger for over 4 years. My payrate was barely over that of new hires and much less than anyone hired on with experience cap.
