Make it right for the customer but not the employee

The attitude of just make the customer happy and throw money at it doesn't work. You then have the same person coming back over and over with no consequences for their verbal abuse or childish behavior.

Just like I can't get one more dollar an hour pay, yet, as a Clicklist employee, I can give away $300 a day in substitutions.

Again, we're running out of food. Raise the prices. Pass some onto the employees, and the customers can't fill their fat pieholes a little less than they are accustomed. Also saves money on motorized carts for these *** ***** who can't walk.

Kroger throws perfectly good food away rather than discount it for the employees maybe? Its pretty disgusting how much these stores waste. Their zero hunger zero waste slogan is absolute fake news and bull****

On a slightly different theme here, bit still applicable. I think this virus and particulatly its so-called vaccine and boosters were a carefully created global population thinner.

I'm not even saying it's a bad thing. We are WAYYY too maxed out on this orb.

That's kroger for you.

At self checkout if someone is being a cheap @$$ (mostly the asians) I refuse to make it right. If I had to buy 10 to get the discount you too as well.

I have a few regulars that lie constantly about prices and I've started price checking the items when they come through. Once here are there, well okay but all the time every time you come in no. We can refuse a price audit. My store is small enough for us to go to the item and check.

One lady kept claiming she had a 50% off coupon for any itme. We asked her to present it the second time and she failed to do so. We refused the price over ride. She left without the purchase. I'm sorry but when the bill is due you cna't just pay 50% because you want to. Cheap @$$es.

The herd needs to be thinned out. Covid and its variants is a good thing

Yep. We're dealing with a basic math problem: unlimited numbers of new people coming into this place, an increasing number of the old ones sticking around too long, combined with finite (and dwindling) resources to sustain it all.

I suspect the One Percenter Club got together and Eichmann'd up this plan.

And "they" call it a conspiracy theory, because they think the government, or elites or whoever you think or want to believe is in charge would never kill innocent people. lol

I've had to euthanize pets before and it's not something I want to do - I can barely do - yet others, especially psychopaths have no such trouble. But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. To them, it's like putting poison granules on an ant hill. Then they just /shrug And now they're gonna starve us out.

But it's gone way way way too far - the population that is. It's plain insanity at this point.

I point out that we sell an average of 1000 pounds of banana a day. And that's just one F*&^#** store! This is not sustainable! It's absurd. And at times when I see a customer walk through the doors, one every second! One customer every darn second through the door, it's endless!!! smh
