Is there such an store where all the employees are aware about the store app or company app? Customer(s) expect all the cashier to know about the mobile app-from using as a tutorial personal to I.T. tech support. I don't use the app. And customers expected all the cashiers to know about it.

I know about it somewhat but I don't expect everyone to be up to date on how to use the app to get digital coupons and stuff.
