Told a customer off today
Permalink

I came in today on my day off to pick up a few items. Because I wasnt walking fast enough this Karen brushed past me and a co-worker saying "you two are in the way." My co-worker kept quiet and he was on the clock but I replied with "so sorry we didnt move fast enough for you ms. Karen The Rude.  The woman huffed and stormed off to her car after looking at me. I saw her pull out her phone and I'm assuming she was calling in to complain being as she was looking right at me.

I dont give a f*ck. I was not in the best of moods to begin with and overly rude people tend to piss me the f*ck off.

If you're off the clock you're not obligated to assist them. If they try to write you up for it they can't do sh*it about it. If they try (had it happen before) you can fight it off with a union greivance. At that point it's just a cusotme bi*tching at another customer.

I accidently wore a red polo shirt once in Target. Because I just came from my boat. I was wondering why customers got pissy when I told them I didn't work there and walked away refusing them service. managemetn tried to stop me but they couldn't do shi*t about the karen getting pissy. It caused me to abandon a $200 grocery order for them to put back. Never came back. Filed an ethics report for wearing a red polo shirt in Target then getting harassed about it and management told me I couldn't wear one unless I was an employee. Well how the hell was I to know that.

Stuff like that is why I stopped shopping at my store. Customers never leave you alone if they know you work there.

So does this mean you're not allowed to wear a red polo shirt at Target?

That would make me WANT to wear one even more. If you dont work at Target, then they cannot tell you you cant wear a red shirt.

I think I still have a blue polo shirt. Should I wear it to a Kroger? And if I customer ask me something I tell them to shut?  I do not make it a habit to cuss for no reason. I think I may have a name tag somewhere. I have a P-Touch label maker I will put my first and last name so I don't get anyone in trouble. This would be so funny.
