Kroger Pharmacy plays copycat to Walgreens

Kroger Pharmacy now closes 30 minutes every day 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Never in my life have I heard of such silliness. Walgreens closes from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM.

My kroger pharmacy area goes on break at 1 - 1:30pm. They close at 4pm on weekends and weekdays its 5pm.

Half a day on holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Christmas eve, and new years.

Wouldn't say copy cat, I would say more like "cost savings". Instead of having to have 2 Pharmacies in a day, just need 1 working a long shift.

I think I was a little harsh when I said it was silly. I know they work hard, and I thought about it, and I understand it more now. They have less staff like everyone else. They have to eat so I guess because of the staffing issue they have to close. But 30 minutes is not enough time to leave and go get lunch and be back. I guess they may have to use Door Dash or bring lunch from home.

 That could also be true.

Pharmacists want a regular lunch HALF HOUR?!?!?!?

UNPAIDQ?Q?Q?Q?Q????????????QQQQQQQQQ!!!!!!!!>Q>Q>Q>Q?!?!?!?!?!?????!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?

AN ENTIRE HALF HOUR>!>>!!>>!>>>!>!!!!!>>>>>>>???????

15 minutes, and then 15 more?

Quite frankly, that's absurd.

If they wanted one single minute to consume one single bite from a hard boiled egg, shell and all, they would have gotten a business degree instead.

What is Rodney even paying them for?
