Based on the new union contract the vote was to allow part and full time employees to have more personal days rather than holiday pay. Employees are not allowed to receive any holiday pay from any holiday you worked, it will be normal pay unless you have signed the old Kroger employee contract, which allows the employee to receive holiday pay and to be off that holiday.
