Been at kroger for a while and I just don't understand why I'm the only employee in my store that not allowed to change departments I wish I was not a good employee but the suckers get to go outside and smoke for hours or do little disappearing acts. These are the types of people Kroger model their company policies after, REALLY? This good employee is about to disappearing act and never return after the mistreatment, belitting, and getting pissed every single day at Kroger. Do any pickup departments have the most laziest people who acted as a 2 year old child when things need to be done as a lead?
