Is there any other way to receive mileage reimbursement without going to service desk. I work night shift.

Nope.  Your payroll clerk might be able to take care of it for you.

I am guessing you are either helping at another store or running errands for your store.  The store that you are volunteering at pays the mileage.  You have to fill out the sheet at the service desk.  I had to have a store manager sign off on it once. The service desk pays cash there and then.

Your booth clerk may do it for you, before you clock out in the morning.
