Thanks to quadratics for giving us so many chances to say "Not Applicable", cause that's what this tihs is.

How long do I plan to work here? Not saying.

There is open and honest two-way communication at this company. Hell no.

My workplace is a safe place to work. FU.

My company conduct its business activities with honesty and integrity. Bastards belong in jail.

I am proud to work for my company. What is the opposite of proud? People think I have something wrong with me and I don't blame them.

I have a clear understanding of the next steps in my career path at this company. Yes - step away.

I haven't taken that survey in years.  I just tell them I'm not doing it.  Kroger is going to do what it wants to do anyway.  To make matters worse, they'll say that we asked for it according to the survey.

Naw, just play along. You aint changin ****.

Sorry but your answer (I highlighted it in red)  is stupid. It is totally dumb and unproductive. So now I  know that employees like you are so untruthful and liars, that  you do actually do that (tell Kroger Corporate that you LOVE KROGER and EVERYTHING IS FINE, and YOU ARE HAPPY and KROGER  IS WONDERFUL) , and that certainly encourages the non-results to just keep on keeping on, year after year!!  THANK YOU for being a coward and an enabler of Kroger Corruption.

Let me explain: I did the survey for about 5 years in a row and I ALWAYS RAKED KROGER OVER THE COALS!!!  I was brutally honest.   I told just how bad it was. I complained about everything - poor communication, not enough hours given, poor wages, equipment broken,  getting stuff in that we didn't need, all the bad stuff. NOT ONE TIME did anything EVER happen to me that could have even slightly indicated anyone in upper corporate had a clue who I was who had left those comments.  (btw I left Kroger over a year ago, I quit and am now semi- retired).

It is a fact that the survey is done through a third-party company (who specializes in this type of thing), the results are gathered and representative comments are submitted (copied and pasted just as written) to Kroger, but separated and without any identifying information to connect a certain comment with any certain employee.

The fact that you log in to complete the survey does not mean Kroger itself can see the results of what you type in - they are  "compartmentalizations"  of the computer program code that encrypt what you write and which are sent to the third party company.

SO, when you think it is smart to "just play a game" and tell Kroger how wonderful everything is, you are shooting yourself and every other Kroger employee in the foot - and ONLY encouraging them to keep on doing the same thing ---- and so they will continue to get worse and worse and worse!!!   How can you be so scared of Kroger that you cow down and grovel and tell them how wonderful they are?   Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Get some integrity and tell it like it is for a change.

Sorry / not sorry that I highlighted your response in retard font and p u s sy pink, as these visual aids best describe your homo ass.

You're stupid for being (presumably) grown and still even working for Kroger in the first place. I come here to read the posts, some of which I respect and relate to based on my history with retail; others, like yours, I normally just laugh at the way you would a retarded child continually sticking screws into power outlets.

But if you wanna try growing a pair of baby nads and coming at me like that, well....I aint even gon trip. It's enough for me knowing you'll likely be doomed to continue youe retarded, p u s sy ass existence.....with no escape. Ever.

After all.....what the hell else someone like you gonna do? disbelief

You must have not read my post carefully?  I haven't worked for Kroger for over a year (as I stated in my post)- but have retained my K E F "nickname" and post here frequently just because I  like to see what is going on there, and I do feel sorry for the employees who still work for Kroger and have been screwed over and over and over by that corrupt company.

And they continue to be screwed by Kroger.  Not sure if you are the same person who made the silly comment that he would give "straight A's" to Kroger. (which I was answering).    But I stand by my earlier comments:   If you fill out the survey and tell Kroger how wonderful everything is, you sell yourself out, and basically you shoot yourself in the foot.  No good will come from giving upper Corporate management an "A" and telling them they are GREAT, when that is not true!!

They seem to have made everything more vague on the survey so you can't tell exactly who it is that you're raking over the coals. I always try to give my store and my store leaders good reviews, because I feel they deserve them. Not a fan of what corporate is doing though. But again, it is hard to tell when they use words like "senior management", "store leaders", etc.

Cathy, when you first start the survey, there is a brief introduction page with some "definitions" provided, such as "senior management" etc.  They do that in an effort to pretend that you have been "properly trained" on what your answers will pertain to, such as dept heads,  district coordinators, etc).   Of course, the average employee probably doesn't feel they have time to go slowly, read very carefully, and digest that information well,  when they are afraid a manager will walk behind them when they are seated at the computer.

Or at least there was an introductory explanation when I took the survey in 2020 (I left Kroger in 2021).   Don't know for a fact if it was included this year.

The whole thing is a charade to make newer employees think they have any input at all.

If you threatened violence, sure, there's no way they wouldn't know it was you.

Otherwise, I don't think they actually care at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the survey introduction page, Cathy. It seems like they provide a lot of information upfront, which may be overwhelming for those who are trying to rush through the survey. www-krogerfeedback.com/
