customers blame cashier for mobile app bugs...has this occurred to you too?

Customers be holding up lines. No cashiers are trained on using the mobile app. Customers be thinking everyone is trained on using this when the apps has tons of bugs.

Many customers were threatening to call corporate as a way to make an complaint about cashiers...the usual kroger customers be fabricating lies about cashiers being rude.

Honestly, some customers need to be banned from shopping at particular kroger store for a certain length of time instead of managers be blaming cashiers for "being rude" and being ignorant. Manager told me to learn how to use the app. I don't use the mobile app so it does not concern me.

It is the cashiers fault. uneducated no skill worthless sacks. They should be fired for not knowing the simplest of things. Pay attention to training next time

This is shockingly good trolling.  What happened?  Did you get written up?

I love it.  I'm sick of hearing about Derek, balloons, and microwaves.

Long slow lines, training failure, mobile app complaints, "corporate" threats, "rude" cashiers, customer banning fantasies...

Well done.

The icing on the cake is how you expressed it through the use of Ebonics.  Bulletproof.  Even Ariel is black these days.

Under the sea, mother****er.

We can guide them how to use it... NOT do it for them. I have my own tasks to do. I usually try and avoid showing them (doing it for thrm) because usually they need to set up an account,to do this they need their e-mail. Oops forgot their password... then they (YOU NEED) to do it for them. Same with setting up an email.
Same holds true when downloading the app.
It's a pain in the a$$, and I'm not sorry, but often times I do t have time for that.

Well you chose the suck ass option. That usually exempts any write ups 99% of the time but then it also makes you look degrading, embarrassing and kinda gay. But thats associates for you
