The division 6 Little Rock ar has district 6 named Andrea cant remember her last name. John Manus seems to be  out of the picture . 

who can we call in Tennessee or ethics point to report this woman ?

Try if you like, but it won't do you a bit of good. You'll just paint a target on your back.

The only associates with a snow ball's chance against upper management are females and minorities. 

The stongest profile for this would be a gay, LGBWXYZ she-male, non-pale, one legged hermaphrodite who identifies as a lesbian Chihuahua trapped in a cougar's transexual body. With adhd and ocd. 

That, or be a memeber of a class-action law suit that'll take years to untangle. You'll long have been fired, and if you're v e r y lucky, you might get $4.87 for your cut. Before taxes, of course.

This is how I got three store managers fired. 

This is how I got kroger to transfer away some questionable creepy coworkers. 

This is how I got a few fellow associates terminated. I noticed they were doing some unethical sh--it and decided to end it.

 I wish I got transferred away from questionable creepy co-workers but an store in division 701 LOVES creepy co-workers.

Been told to not bring attention to hr about it.

 I would do it anyway. (Make sure.you have another job lined up in case they retaliate) it's better to let HR know to prevent violence from.esecelsting and Creepy co-workers  spending time ER when they go for the wrong one. 

Why would they not want attention brought to it?
