Got tired of direct deposit not working right
Permalink

For those of you that had problems with direct deposit, I did as well. The main problem was that my bank and the store used different systems for the electronic transfer. This resulted in either my checks being sent to the hr person or having to do a stop payment procedure in case the checks weren't sent. This went on for a while and I wouldn't know when I would be able to decide to eat or pay bills. I got tired of this and decided to have the direct deposit canceled. Ever since I did that the checks have been coming in the mail weekly. If anyone is having similar problems try and see if this will help.

It will take two weeks for it to go through. If it doesn't, find out how you can fix it. My solution was just one way.

I tried the daily pay so direct deposit was being sent to their bank account and then sent to me. I decided I didn't like daily pay so I canceled. Well my checks are still going through them and they've contacted kroger multiple times to get it changed to my account with no luck. I've tried to change my direct deposit myself on my info with no luck. It keeps changing back to the daily pay account. The whole new my info system is a complete joke.

There were other employees that had problems with the new system. Do any of you have any factual data to uphold your completely theoretical proclamations? If not, then these are nothing but the knee-jerk ramblings of misguided individuals.

Lets say you are right. Then it's your banks problem. All Kroger need is your routing # and checking #. Most of pr is just verifying stupid ass employee's time errors.

Mailed them??? This amazes me. Dumb bastards here use every request as an excuse to harass and they would never mail a thing if they thought they could lose it and look innocent.

As for the scam thing, they are always looking for dodges and ways to deny staff and customers evidence. Good luck.
