Always punch inquire at end of shift to be sure the time clock got every punch.

You'll need to inquire management to audit your paychecks and say they're off. If they refuse to honor it you'll need to file a union grievance to get paid correctly.

If using My Time yes it sucks and the union has filed a law suit for inaccurate pay. You'll find you can fix most things by going to the manager. Unless you're a dick about it or a routine issue individual. Several of my coworkers have complained of my time screwing them out of pay and not tracking accrued hours correctly. Most filed a union grievance to get paid correctly. Hopefully you're not pay check to paycheck living because it might take a couple months to get an audit and lump sum check.

It's taken three months to get my vacation pay straightened out.  I took off the first two weeks of November and for some reason they only paid me for 8 hours for the first week.  They shorted me 32 hours.  The following week I received two checks.  One was for the second week of vacation I took.  It showed 40 hours, which was correct.  The other check had the missing 32 hours from the first week but it was on there twice.  So now they've overpaid me 32 hours.  I still had one more week of vacation in the year.  So I told the payroll person to just pay me for 8 hours and that should make it come out even.  She said it showed I had 8 hours vacation pay left.  Well, for some reason they gave me the 8 hours vacation pay but then took away the 8 hours vacation pay from the first vacation week that originally screwed everything up.  They called it vacation retro pay.  I finally got a letter from Kroger saying there was a "technical system error" (that means somebody goofed) and they would be returning the money to me.  The only problem left now is when they took back those 8 hours,  the taxes that were taken out were suppose to be returned to me.  So now I've been taxed for the same 8 hours twice.

There is a lawsuit I think it is in Ohio regarding these paycheck shortings and specific the MyTime site Kroger rolled out as part of it.

The workers definitely need to sue for lost wages and fraud and theft.
