How do you put a cap on click list orders?

We have been swamped all day with Floral and click list. I've been running around helping with floral and click list. Orders kept dropping like flies. Non friggin stop.

I have heard management can cap orders and limit them to their store. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that. Was I given false info or am missing something?

If I can figure out how to cap off orders during peak hours this mother's day it would make things easier. And when it slows down I can uncap the orders and let things go as normal.

You're using the expression "dropping like flies" incorrectly. The expression means to to quit, drop out, or eliminate quickly in large numbers. The marathon runners were dropping like flies in the extreme heat.
